“Dream: A Tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.” was inspired not only by my desire to honor Dr. King’s legacy and keep his dream alive, but also to pay tribute to Reggae superstar Bob Marley. You see, Bob wrote “War”, a song in which he took a speech by Ethiopian Emperor Haile Selassie and made an international hit out of it. I wanted to make the American version.

It also occurred to me that when I was in grade school many years ago, we all had to learn "The Gettysburg Address". Although a fine and historical speech, I believe the “I Have a Dream” speech not only has domestic significance, but a global one as well. By enhancing those historic words with music, school children and adults alike will be able to retain and further memorialize Dr. King’s great speech and vision for America.

1. Michael, you are a very intense and passionate person, and this comes across in your program, especially in the beginning, when individual participants have to decide to open up or retreat (stay inside). What is your technique to get meaningful participation right from the start? Is this something you can guarantee or are you taking a big risk every time?

2. During the workshop do participants get to feel your fear of failure or do you reach into the divine matrix and make good on your highest purpose contract in order to stay grounded?

3. If there is any, what fear do you encounter throughout in the beginning and throughout this process? Are you allowed to let any of that come through? If so, when and how?

4. How do your workshop exercises keep individual participants focused on their own experience? What exercises encourage all participants to focus on the group-collective experience? Are there specific instances in your program when individual focus and group-collective focus are exclusively emphasized or not?

5. Some reality shows have suggested an interest in watching people transcend their fears. Would you like to develop your own reality TV show modeled after the real workshop? What would you do differently, than the other reality shows that have come and gone?

Sol's Unofficial Draft Interview

1. Sol, your modality focuses on DNA and shifting this molecule's divine relationship with the physical and invisible bodies, so that people express their own genetic blueprints more authentically - as this should always be the case. In your opinion, is there a difference between DNA activation and awakening?

2. Is Regenetics based on some aspect of cellular memory, cosmic knowledge, or Akashic Record?

3. Is Inspiration a part of this modality? How do you create an intrinsic value, which allows people to immediately understand the fundamental benefit of shifting the body's relationship to DNA's expression? Is this a healing, self-healing experience, enlightenment experience, or all?

4. Does Regenetics enhance conscious evolution, unconscious evolution, and higher-purpose? How and why? Sol, regarding energy and our intent when we concentrate and then apply it for healing, how does your process differ from Reiki, emotional freedom technique, rolfing, or auric cleansing? Is there a difference in philosophy and in your client's inherent responsibility to self-heal? What specific role do you play in this healing scenario: a facilitator, observer, instructor, or someone who inspires others to aspire?

5. Is Regenetics for everyone or must one have a certain mindset to benefit from this experience? How would you precondition your client prior to a healing regimen through Regenetics (if necessary), so that the client gets optimal results? Does this modality have a proactive value or component; or is it mainly applicable for someone in need of healing right now?

6. Sol, does Regenetics focus on individual or collective evolution, or both? To what degree in each instance? Is their a need to vary the way you convey and apply your healing modality's intrinsic value, depending on the clients' and students' perspective, or does every one get the same literal and visceral connection and effect by the way you code and transmit universal information?

7. Do you consider DNA an integral organic component to being and evolving or do you consider DNA an intelligent expression guiding evolution through the matrix? Perhaps both?

8. In your opinion, when Regenetics is applied, what happens first during the classic shift in consciousness, Sol:

- a change in electromagnetic pattern
- or an alchemical change in DNA

9. Are the two above instances mutually exclusive or a part of the same process? Does the effect on DNA or change in electromagnetic pattern dominate or precede one or the other by being the first to respond to the therapy, then guiding the other aspects of being into a new awareness? 10. Mr. Luckman, when you speak of Articulation, does this refer to a change in mindset, a making it all click moment, an awakening, an epiphany or a change in human behavior by way of new motor neural paths or conceptual neural patterns? Change in life-style? All of these? Please explain....

Have You Helped Your DNA Today?

Learning a little bit about how your body functions on a micro-scopic level can allow you to help your health in substantial ways. Nuclear Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), an integral molecule contained in most cells, can be thought of as the blueprints to your body. With some understanding of your body and how it functions, you can empower these processes for optimal living through supporting DNA's role in replication, repair and protein synthesis.

What does DNA do?

Contained in most cells with a nucleus, DNA contains the genetic information essential to the development and functioning of all living organisms. It is responsible for storing and passing on all genetic information, as well as giving the instructions for creating other components of cells and molecules used in various bodily functions. For example, DNA directs protein synthesis. Many of the resulting proteins act as enzymes to catalyze specific bodily reactions, such as the synthesis of insulin for sugar metabolism. Other proteins, called amino acids, act as building blocks for important neurotransmitters such as those involved in sleep, mood and appetite. In addition, larger proteins provide structure so that cells and tissues form, develop and heal correctly. DNA ensures that these newly formed cells are able to make proteins with precision and that each cell inherits and passes on the same genetic advantages that its predecessors acquired through natural selection.

How does DNA function?

DNA is a long molecule made of two identical strands linked together, giving the appearance of a ladder (Jacob's Ladder). However, in order to prevent oxidation and mutation, the molecule twists and folds repeatedly so that it will not react with other chemicals. Although microscopic, the size of the resulting globular DNA molecule does not allow it to leave the nucleus where it is protected from random cellular activity. When protein needs to be synthesized, nuclear DNA unfolds only to expose the portion of the molecule containing the precise instructions for that particular protein. A smaller molecule called messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) forms a template that can pass through the nuclear membrane to deliver the chemical message to another part of the cell where the actual protein synthesis occurs.

During cell division when new cells are needed, DNA replicates, or copies, itself so that each of the two new cells has an exact copy of it. During this process, the double stranded DNA molecule "unzips" as the chemical bonds holding it together break apart so that each identical strand stands alone. Now, as two cells emerge from one via the process of cellular division, each "daughter" cell contains only a single strand of DNA, but not for long. Each daughter cell rebuilds a second strand attached to the original one. When this process completes, each separate daughter cell has a double strand DNA molecule within of its own nucleus.

Stress on DNA

During a cell's life span, its DNA undergoes damage, but it is especially vulnerable when it uncoils to replicate and synthesize protein. In spite of several enzyme systems in cells that detect and repair damaged DNA, forces such as free radicals, ultraviolet light, radioactive substances and toxic agents cause damage in the form of deletions,
mutations or changes in DNA sequencing.

Under usual circumstances, these accumulative effects coincide with cells' normal cycle of aging, death and replacement. However, when replacement cells undergo overwhelming stress early on and are not immediately replaced, the whole body is impacted by way of tissue and organ deterioration such as that found in neuromuscular disorders and Alzheimer's, for example.

Protect Your DNA

Free radicals are unstable electrons created during the process of oxidation. During cell oxidation, a free radical must take an electron from another source - such as DNA - in order to become stable. The DNA molecule, now lacking an electron, becomes mutated. Antioxidants donate electrons to free radicals so that they will not rob electrons from DNA molecules. For example, the inclusion of antioxidants such as vitamins C and E in the diet (through good nutrition and supplementation) is beneficial to DNA found in tissues all over the body; and vitamin A specifically blocks oxidation of DNA molecules involved with eyesight.

In addition, the omega fatty acids found in flaxseed, safflower and certain fish oils also provide antioxidant protection against free radicals. Trace minerals such as iron, cobalt, chromium, copper, iodine, manganese, selenium, zinc and molybdenum work with amino acids (the building blocks of proteins) and enzymes to neutralize less harmful radicals created in the anti-oxidation process, and are only needed in small amounts.

Protect your DNA from the damaging effects of ultraviolet rays by staying out of the sun during peak sunlight periods. Also use sun block, zinc oxide, UV blocking eye lenses and protective clothing, even on cloudy days. Minimize and keep track of your exposure to x-ray examinations, and try to avoid environmental toxins indigenous to your geographic region as these can damage your DNA as well.

Support DNA Replication and Repair

In order for DNA to replicate or repair itself, there must be a freestanding supply of DNA-building materials found within each cell, namely purines and pyrimidines. To support the good health of your DNA, biochemically convert basic molecules found within the body to purines and pyrimidines by consuming foods or supplements that contain folic acid. Foods rich in folic acid include fresh green vegetables, such as spinach and broccoli. Folate, another form of folic acid, is found in fruit, starchy vegetables, beans, whole grains and liver.

Foods specifically rich in purines and pyrimidines include anchovies, sardines, herring, yeast, organ meat (liver, kidneys, sweetbreads), legumes (dried beans, peas), mushrooms, spinach, asparagus and cauliflower. However, it should be noted that over-consumption of these foods might aggravate gout (an inflammatory condition of the joints) or exasperate kidney stone formation in those predisposed. Also, those who use anti-depressants or blood pressure control meds in the category called MAOI's (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) should check with the physician before intentionally eating more of these foods. In addition, people sensitive to raw vegetables may find need for a digestive aid.

Some dietary amino acids aid in the precision of DNA synthesis. In order to support this synthesis, be sure to consume plenty of B vitamins, which can be found in the nutrient lecithin, usually isolated from soybeans, and the entire vitamin B-group can be found in beef, brewer's yeast and legumes.

Support Protein Synthesis

Protein synthesis requires additional support through supplementation, too. Although the body can synthesize nonessential amino acids (protein building blocks) from other proteins, certain (essential) amino acids must specifically come from the food you eat. Protein-rich foods tend to contain a generous allowance of both essential and nonessential amino acids, and food labels indicate the same. Increased awareness of the nutrition provided by your diet, and supplementing any shortcomings you find, can enhance your DNA's effectiveness and proficiency.

Conclusion

As it lives, breathes and functions, your body undergoes an incredible number of stresses while carrying on an infinite number of processes in order for you to survive minute to minute and thrive for a lifetime. Although you are not able to see your DNA carrying out these essential functions, you can support its life-giving functions. The programmed intelligence within your DNA encodes your natural will to survive; however, you can help it function properly through good nutrition, supplementation and avoidance of chemical toxins.

1. Michael, first of all, I'd like to thank you for finding me first. Almost immediately upon my arrival at Zaadz you offered your generous support by inviting me into your community called Visionary Music. I knew what I wanted from you and so I thank you for granting me this interview. My first question is a little personal, but here it goes: Did you have any psychic experiences as a child and perhaps into adulthood, which presently inspire what you do now through our Visionary Music Community?

2. It feels obvious to me through intuition that you work at keeping your inner child both alive and well. How important is that to the quality of your mission?

3. Michael, I had a recent interview with Dr. Steven Halpern, and he shared with the audience that he had just implemented a workshop at the Edgar Cayce Institute during which he rediscovered an Egyptian past life as a musician. He said the visionary experience brought him back to his karmic musical roots. What recent music productions have you co-created, which gave you even more clarity that you are on the right path?

4. I've interacted with a lot of practitioners in my short career as a holistic journalist, and many practitioners focus on DNA activation via light and sound. Do you have any general or specific thoughts and revelations on the topic of music as sound therapy to regenerate or awaken cellular DNA and how this phenomenon is connected to the dawning of the Aquarian Age?

5. Please share with us the instrument, which strikes your fancy at the moment? How are you affected by the sound from instruments, which are now considered archaic, like the celesta or harpsichord? I've listened to fugues on Public Radio Broadcasting. I heard my first fugue performed live by a classically trained musician playing from a historic cathedral in Heidelberg, Germany during my experience as a university foreign exchange student. What is your favorite authentic music performance?

We are looking for music for a new internet tv series entitled Mouth of Babes. This is a cooking show in which a young pregnant woman and her two year old son demonstrate nutrient dense foods that are important for growing healthy babies.

Our episodes are generally 4-8 minutes long and are put to a soundtrack. Subtitles are used to title the ingredients and steps in cooking.

We are open to a wide variety of music. We will credit the musician both in the video and on the sites that host the videos.

We plan to start posting these videos in June and have already filmed 9 episodes.
